Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Caribbean Living Magazine merchandise.
- Return Window: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of some products, the following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:
- Magazines: Given our publication focus, printed magazines cannot be returned.
- Digital Products: Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Health & Personal Care: Items like some health and personal care goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).
Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Standard Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Opened media items (e.g., CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at publisher@CaribbeanLivingMagazine.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one due to damage or defect, please contact us first at publisher@CaribbeanLivingMagazine.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at Contact us at Publisher@CaribbeanLivingMagazine.com and a return address will be provided.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Security: If you are returning items, especially higher-value items like certain jewelry, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
