We think the islands of Nassau and Paradise Island have taken a fresh look at their tourism offerings and that includes some of the classics. Spending time at Graycliff Restaurant is a prime example. Being the first Five-Star restaurant in the Caribbean, this AAA 4-diamond

treasure offers gourmet dining at its best mixing Bahamian

specialties with European cuisine. Most who have visited Nassau have either heard of this establishment, dined within its hallowed walls or are yearning to come back to do so.

Dining in the private dining room, the Wine Cellar and in the Chef’s dining room in the kitchen are all available on request, which is something only a seasoned visitor might have known, but merely getting a reservation and dining in the restaurant is a treat.

Now come the additional Graycliff experiences. If you haven’t been in a while, more than a year, then be prepared to be wowed yet again.
